In order to comprehensively carry out Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, further consolidate and deepen the achievements of thematic education, implement the fundamental task of fostering virtues and cultivating people, set up examples, promote cultures of integrity, further play the exemplary and vanguard role of Party members, strengthen party members’ awareness to establish the belief that “A party member is a flag”, effectively improve the overall quality of party members, give full play to the exemplary role of party members in learning, thinking, work, life, based on the School’s selection and commendation of 2021-2023 “Outstanding Party Members, Exemplary Party Workers, and Advanced Community-level Party Organizations”, we hereby set up party member pioneer example demonstration posts. The specific notice contents are as follows:
I. Event Purpose
By conducting the activity of setting up the “party member pioneer example demonstration post”, we can further play the role of party members as pioneers and examples, and educate and guide faculty members and students serving as party members to remember that “A party member is a flag, and a post means a responsibility”. Party members can steadfastly strengthen their cultivation of Party spirit, make contributions based on their positions, take on responsibilities as models, and strive for excellence as examples, so that the Party flag flies high on the front line of education, contributing individual and collective power to the depicting of new chapters in the new era.

III. Establishment Criteria and Categories
(I) Establishment criteria
The “Party member pioneer example demonstration post” must establish ‘three images’: a ‘devoted image’ of solid work, a dedicated image of ‘serving the public’, and a ‘pioneering image’ of striving for progress. The specific standards are as follows:
1. Impressive political attainments. Exemplary party members must earnestly study Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the Party’s theoretical knowledge, be firm in their ideals and beliefs, bear in mind their original aspiration and mission, consciously strengthen their party spirit and exercise, and fully embody the advanced nature of party members.
2. Excellent service abilities. Exemplary party members must fulfill their duties, devote themselves to their work, be conscientious in their posts, be proficient in business, and consciously practice the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. They also need to be meticulous, patient, thoughtful, enthusiastic, kind, caring, and considerate towards the masses, with a proper service attitude and high-quality working efficiency.
3. Brilliant role models. Exemplary party members must abide by Party rules and regulations and laws and regulations, adhere to the rules, stick to the bottom line, specialize in thinking, and practice courageously. They are able to work creatively based on the actual situation of their positions and have strong abilities to lead by example.
